- Booking Deposit:
- 20% of the fee is required to secure all reservations. The remaining balance, pool charges if any and the refundable security deposit are payable in full 60 days prior to arrival date. The payment can be made in US, Or Foreign currency either by check, money order or wire transfer.
- Cancellation:
- Booking Deposit is non-refundable.
- 50% of fee refundable on cancellation between two and one month prior to rental period. No refund on cancellation after 30 days prior to rental.
- The client is responsible for the property and is expected to take reasonable care of it. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibilities of the client. Any maintenance or repair of the premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures required due to misuse will be charged to the client. A security deposit will be refunded following a satisfactory report
